We are based minutes from Junction 21 of the M5 for Weston-Super-Mare and very close to Bristol International Airport. The Glastonbury Festival site is 23 miles from us in pretty much a straight line across the mendips (but please stick to the roads though).
Getting to us
You are very welcome to leave a car with us whilst you are away at the event!
If you are flying in we also offer a FREE Bristol International Airport shuttle service. The airport is less than 15 minutes from us, in fact, we are on the final approach for the aircraft! One of our team will collect you from arrivals and bring you to our site for the full handover and collection. We will then return you back to Bristol International Airport at the end of your trip.
We also offer the same service to local rail stations. Just let us know when you are booking with us and we can arrange it all.
No hidden fees
We HATE hidden extras. That’s why we try to keep our pricing as simple as possible. You can read about why and how we do that here.
Our list of extras for Glastonbury is small:
- Bedding – £25 per person
- Car Seat Hire -from £10 per hire
- Additional Drivers – £42 per hire
We are able to supply a bedding and towel package for everyone in your group for a fee of £25 per person. This leaves you plenty of room in the car for your passengers. . . or more boxes of wine (we won’t judge).
You’re fully kitted out
All our motorhomes for Glastonbury Festival are equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, gas kettle, plastic tumblers and wine glasses and even egg cups! Who doesn’t love a boiled egg on holiday, right? Even at Glastonbury Festival!
We also provide complimentary items, including hand soaps, loo roll and even a box for your boots to go under the motorhome! Our motorhomes will be fully prepped with gas bottles, a full tank of water and a water carrier so you can top the motorhome up if you need to.
We get rid of those dreaded forbidden items for you
We supply all the equipment you need to keep yourself looked after whilst you’re at the festival, but we also take out anything not allowed on site. Glastonbury Festival has a strict no glass policy, so we remove it all – even the cafetieres. Don’t worry, we still supply tea, instant coffee and sugar for your morning brews.

No Electric Hook Up? No Problem!
Our motorhomes have leisure batteries that will last the duration of the event. With no electric hookup, the only feature that doesn’t work in the motorhomes are the 240v 3-pin electric sockets. So remember to give charging your devices some thought.
The 12v outlets in the motorhome have USB adapters so charging phones and ipads is easy. However, charging laptops or using hair dryers won’t be possible. Our suggestion? Leave the laptop at home and buy a hat.
How much does motorhome hire for Glastonbury Festival cost?
Prices start at £1800 for the event, which is an ALL INCLUSIVE rate. Simple.

We have 2 berth, 4 berth, 5 berth and 6 berth motorhomes available.
Prices for a 2 berth and 4 berth start at £1800 for the event. Looking for a few more beds or perhaps a bit more room? One of our 5 berth or 6 berth motorhomes start at £2000 for the event. If you share this cost between all of you it’s just £333 per person!
Collection is from our Bristol site and you drive to Glastonbury Festival. You are free to collect anytime from the Monday before the event. We will assume you will return to us the Monday after the event during the day. However, if you are late due to mud, traffic delays or delays at the festival site then please just let us know!
We can hear you say “but the tickets haven’t even gone on sale yet?!”
We know, and we understand that not everyone who wants tickets will get them in October 2019. In this scenario we will give you a 100% refund of your booking deposit. No catches. No hesitation.
Tickets will also go on sale again early in 2020. If you are unsuccessful in securing tickets in the first release you are welcome to keep your booking with us pending the next release of tickets. If you are unsuccessful again we will STILL offer you a 100% REFUND subject to us rebooking the motorhome. With over 1000 excited Glastonbury goers expected to enquire with us we will be busy! That’s why we recommend booking now, even before the tickets go on sale.
What you pay now
We ask for a £500 booking deposit as part payment for your Glastonbury Festival adventure. This is 100% refundable if you do not secure tickets. The balance is payable at the beginning of April 2020.
Please note that a £1000 security deposit is required 2 days prior to the event and is refunded within 2 days of your safe return. A credit card can be used for this.
