Yes, the ‘must have’ toy of the decade is here at Motorhome Holiday Company and we’re hiring them for you to take on holiday. They’re great fun, simple to use, easily stored and are the quickest way to inject family fun into your motorhome holiday.
E-scooters are HUGE news at the moment, with the UK government working towards legalising them for use on the roads. Whilst, at the moment, they’re only legal to use on private land with the landowner’s permission, they are guaranteed to make your morning stroll for milk and a paper anything but humdrum. Getting the kids to run a quick errand has never been so easy, and when the sea and sand are no longer a novelty, these are toys the whole family can enjoy together.
We’re delighted to announce that we have a range of e-scooters for children (aged over 8) and adults available to hire. They’re supplied fully charged and ready to go, with the charger and helmet included in the hire cost.

Weekend hire (1 x e-scooter) – £49
Full week hire (1 x e-scooter) – £69
Full week hire (2 x e-scooter) – £129
Full week hire (4 x e-scooter) – £249
A refundable security deposit is chargeable of £250 per scooter. This is refunded on safe return.
Some helpful tips and advice for safe use of the eScooter
It is currently illegal to use an e-scooter on a public road or pavement in the UK. They may only be used on private land with the landowner’s permission.
A helmet must be worn at all times when using an e-scooter. Helmets are included in the hire fee.
E-scooters are NOT waterproof and must not be left out in the rain or ridden through deep puddles and water.
E-scooters are prime targets for thieves. Please keep locked in the motorhome garage when not in use as lost and stolen e-scooters will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
You hire an e-scooter at your own risk. We do not provide any insurance cover and cannot be held responsible for any accidents. Please play safely and have fun.
When charging, the light on the power unit is red. Once charged it turns green.
We suggest starting on speed setting 1 until familiar with the throttle, cruise control function and brake.
Instruction on how to use it will be provided at time of collection from us. Any damage or loss will result in a deduction from the £250 deposit.
Our eScooters and helmets are all treated with an anti-viral spray after every use.
