A few customers have told us recently that we haven’t been boasting too much about the awards we’ve won recently (us? Not boasting? I know, it was news to us as well). So, we immediately thought that needed to change. Plus, it’s a chance to publicly thank all of our dedicated team who work hard to give each and every one of our customers the best service possible, without whom we wouldn’t be able to call ourselves an award-winning motorhome hire company.
A word from the big boss
I am honoured, proud, humbled and just purely overjoyed that we have been presented so many prestigious awards over the last year. These have included the South West Business and Community Awards, South West Tourism Awards and the Business Excellence Awards. At the South West Tourism Awards we were proud to have achieved a Bronze award for Alternative accommodation. As you can imagine – being in the South West of England – this award was one of the most entered and the standard was exceptionally high. To be recognised by the tourism industry in this way is a great endorsement to our team and also an extremely positive outcome for motorhome holiday experiences in general.
Customer service is an obsession of mine and I always love receiving feedback from customers and getting new ideas for how to do things better. Winning the Best Customer Excellence Award for Bristol was therefore an accolade for me. At the same awards event we went on to win Best Luxury Motorhome Hire Company in the UK. Absolutely brilliant and a massive credit to all of our team and the efforts they put in. The team and I are all very grateful, chuffed to bits and determined to do even better in the future. We look forward to being a part of your motorhome journey!

Have we boasted enough?
We think so. Although, as well as our wonderful team, we wouldn’t be able to say we’re an award-winning motorhome hire company without our motorhome owners, our supportive friends and family and you, our customers! So thank you all. We’re going to have to end this speech, put down the hairbrush and get out of the way of the bathroom mirror and go to work now. We definitely think we’re prepared for our Oscars award speech though…
