The “We’re Good To Go” mark from Visit England
In 2020 we were awarded with the “We’re Good To Go” mark by Visit England. The ‘We’re Good To Go’ mark is given to businesses in the self-catering and accommodation industry that are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance and have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and have the required processes in place.
We would like to thank all of our customers for their support and understanding through this time. Like many small businesses, this has been a new and difficult challenge for our team to overcome and there have been times that we were not sure of our future.
Alas, as the sun started to shine, our phones began to ring!
We have been working night and day to respond to all your enquiries. It’s beginning to look like the year of the staycation!
How we are keeping in line with public health guidance
We are taking bookings online and over the phone and our office is open for viewings of specific motorhomes by appointment only. We ask that you please try to come equipped with face masks and gloves, however we can supply them if needed.
Our team have been putting together brand new Motorhome User Guides, which will replace our usual handovers. These include video tutorials of how to use the motorhome and a written PDF guide, all of which you can access before your hire and when you are away. This is to minimise any face to face contact and allow us to maintain social distancing guidelines.
Between each hire, our motorhomes will receive a full antiviral and antibacterial clean by our team. Every few weeks our motorhomes will be “fogged” with a dry antiviral mist. We have chosen a chemical that is safe for animals, so our pet-friendly motorhomes will remain so.
Our booking process is also digitising, with a new online booking system launching soon! This will include date reservation for your chosen motorhome, adding hire extras and signing agreements, so that the ye old ways of pen and paper will not be necessary.
A new secure ID checking service will also be in place. All of this is to ensure a simple, easy to use and safe booking process for you, and our team.
