Our Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
Our Covid-19 cancellation policy is if there is a lockdown and government guidance means either we cannot trade, you cannot leave home, or non-essential overnight leisure stays are not allowed, we will offer you a 100% credit note allowing you to rebook.
At the moment, this policy is valid for all holidays booked with us that have a start date before 31st October 2021.

What if I get ill or have to cancel for other reasons?

When you purchase refund protection, you won’t be left out of pocket.
Simply select additional refund protection at the checkout and you’ll have peace of mind that you can request a full refund if the unexpected happens and you have to miss your trip.

Refund Protection is just 7% of the total cost of your motorhome hire, to protect the entire holiday cost.
