“What does it cost to do Glastonbury Festival in a motorhome?”
Prices start at £1500 for the event. This is an ALL_INCLUSIVE rate that includes insurance, all the kit you need to have a great time at the event including hand soaps, loo roll and even a box for your boots to go under the motorhome! Our motorhomes will be fully prepped with gas bottles, a full tank of water and a water carrier so you can top the motorhome up if you need to.
“What about getting to you?”
We are based minutes from Junction 21 of the M5 for Weston-Super-Mare and very close to Bristol International Airport. Glastonbury Festival site is 23 miles from us in pretty much a straight line across the mendips. Simple. You are very welcome to leave a car with us whilst you are away at the event or we offer a FREE Bristol International Airport shuttle service where one of our team will collect you from arrivals and bring you to our site for the handover and collection. We will then return you back to Bristol International airport at the end of your trip. We also offer the same service to local rail stations.
“Do you supply bedding?”
Yes, we are able to supply a bedding and towel package for everyone in your group or a small fee leaving you plenty of room in the car for your passengers!
We have a range of motorhomes available ideal for Glastonbury festival all equipped with knives, forks, spoons, gas kettle and plastic tumblers, plastic wineglasses and even egg cups! We all love a boiled egg on holiday after all! Even at Glastonbury Festival!
No Electric Hook Up? No Problem!
Our motorhomes have leisure batteries that will last the duration of the event. With no electric hookup the only feature that dosn’t work on them is the 240v 3-pin electric sockets. So, give charging your devices some thought. The 12volt outlets in the motorhome have USB adapters so charging phones and ipads etc is easy. However, charging laptops or using hair dryers is not possible. Our suggestion, leave the laptop at home and buy a hat. 🙂
We have 2 berth, 4 berth, 5 berth and 6 berth motorhomes available.
Prices for a 2 berth and 4 berth start at £1500 for the event. Looking for a few more beds or perhaps a bit more room? One of our 5 berth or 6 berth motorhomes start at £1800 for the event.
Collection is from our Bristol site and you drive to Glastonbury Festival. You are free to collect anytime from the Monday before the event. We will assume you will return to us on the Monday during the day after the event. However, if you are late due to mud, traffic delays or delays at the festival site let us know.
“So, what do I pay now?”
We ask for a £500 booking deposit as part payment for your Glastonbury Festival adventure. This is 100% refundable if you do not secure tickets. The balance is payable at the beginning of May 2019.
Please note that a £1000 security deposit is required 2 days prior to the event and is refunded within 2 days of your safe return. A credit card can be used for this.
