Our motorhomes have fresh water tanks that are regularly treated to keep them clean and safe to drink from. With a 120-litre tank, you’ll have enough water for around 5 showers.
Just be aware that the taste of the water can vary depending on where you fill up, so make sure you always use a safe water source and avoid any taps that say “not for drinking”.
Travelling with onboard water
Driving with onboard water is possible, but it’s crucial to be aware of the additional weight it adds to your motorhome.
Also, if the tank is not completely full, the water can shift around and create a “dynamic load”, which can affect the vehicle’s stability on bends.
