What ID do I need to show you?

A few weeks before your hire, we will need to check the following identification for each motorhome driver:

  • Photo card driver’s licence with up-to-date address (copy of paper licence if pre-1997 pass)
  • Two proofs of address from separate sources (see criteria below)
  • A traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque)
  • An online DVLA licence check for UK drivers

Proof of address

You must provide a total of 2 proofs of address from the following: –
1x primary proof of address and 1x secondary proof of address, or 2x primary proof of address.

Primary Proof of Address:

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, broadband, landline, tv license)
  • Council tax
  • Bank Statement
  • Credit card bill/statement
  • Mortgage statement
  • Polling card
  • HMRC self-assessment/tax credit/DWP

Secondary Proof of Address:

  • Student loan
  • Shotgun licence
  • Payslip
  • Mobile Phone Bills
  • Pension letters
  • Car Finance Statement
  • Loan Statement
  • Property deed

Both must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The name and address on your licence must match both documents.
