We are happy to work with you to determine the best time to return the vehicle based on your travel plans. During peak seasons like bank holidays and school summer holidays, we ask for a Friday morning return for week-long hires, though we may be able to accommodate some flexibility.
For the rest of the year, we offer more flexible return options, including Sundays before 6 pm or Monday mornings before 10 am. Returning after 6 pm on a Sunday may incur a fee.
Filling up the tank
We provide a full tank of diesel with the motorhome and request that it is returned to us with a full tank. If you’re unable to do this, we will make a charge for filling up and for the fuel.
Cleaning the motorhome
When returning the motorhome, we appreciate it being cleaned to the best of your ability using the cleaning supplies provided, which include jay cloths, antibacterial spray, washing up liquid, and a dustpan and brush. Additionally, we ask that you empty and prep the toilet cassette as we have shown you during your collection. While we don’t expect the motorhome to be at showroom standard, cleaning it before returning helps us prepare it for the next holiday and our team deep cleans it before the next hire.
